Between the books and the movies J.K. Rowling has made millions of dollars. Now she is trying to protect her famous ‘Harry Potter’ books from Steven Vander Ark and his ‘Harry Potter’ encyclopedia. Rowling is bringing Ark to court stating that he has violated her copyrights.

Colin Harrison’s ‘The Finder’ is a thriller that will take you to the edge of your seat and back again. The book is full on intricate details of a place that you know – but have never truly ‘seen’ before. The plot is thick and it seems that Harrison uses a bit of his ‘poetry’ to enhance the twists and make them more real and alive for the readers.

Warren’s tale of power and corruption in the Depression-era South is a sustained meditation on the unforeseen consequences of every human action, the vexing connectedness of all people and the possibility that there might be some sort of good in a sinful world.

‘The Golden Compass’ was written by Phillip Pullman – a graduate from Oxford who has written many great works in his time (‘Shadow in the North’, ‘The Tiger in the Well’). This is the first book in a fantasy series that has been dubbed as the next best thing since ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’. While others have been offended at the content of the book and have encouraged parents to keep their children from it.

The time has come for J.K. Rowling to finally explain to us what happened and what will happen to Harry Potter when he confronts Lord Voldemort for the final time. For over a year now people have been trying to figure out who will die. Many have come to the conclusion that Voldemort will not survive, which is probably a good guess because why would Rowling keep the enemy alive? Many are also contemplating the idea that Harry Potter himself will perish as well. While others beleive that Hermoine, not Harry, will be the one to suffer death.

The end of the infamous Harry Potter is drawing to a close and everyone is dying to see what is going to happen next. There are rumors that J.K. Rowling the author of the “Harry Potter” series will be killing off two important people. And it seems that it won’t be an easy thing for readers to take. Even the author herself is having a difficult time with it.

It is true that J.R.R. Tolkien has been dead for quite some time now, but some people are making sure that his memory continues as well as his legacy. His son, Christopher Tolkien, went through his father’s notes and finished yet another book that his father had previously started. The new book, which will go on sale April 17, is called “The Children of Hurin.” The manuscript that Tolkien began in 1918 took Christopher over 30 years to finish.
